Tesla Wall Charger Gen3 noise when in standby

My Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 emits a high pitched noise since its installation.

Could you please tell me if it's normal ?

I don't have a VE yet so I'm not able to test it.

Sorry to say I could not discern a high pitched noise from your clip. That said, my Gen 3 is silent. I would have a licensed electrician look into it.

Mine does the same. Just fitted a few days ago! Not sure if it’s normal as my friends round the corner doesn’t.

Thank you for contacting Tesla. We found that some Wall Connectors are making a high pitch noise after installation. This does not impact charging nor it is harmful for the charging vehicles, however, we understand that the noise might be a nuisance to you.
Our Engineering Team is currently investigating the issue as we want to develop a solution via over the air firmware update that will solve this issue for all affected customers. Unfortunately at the moment there is no ETA for when the update solution will be ready to deploy so at present you could either:
-Wait for the firmware update to be sent out to the fleet
-Initiate the replacement of the TWCs which are making the noise but keep in mind that we will not be able to know prior installation if the replacements we are sending will have the same issue.
