Ever stop to think what Tesla does with the video clips from our cars? And I don't just mean outside the car, but from the inside camera too. And there's got to be a hidden microphone in there somewhere, just like the one that Google conveniently "forgot" to tell people about in their Nest devices to spy on people with.
I can only wonder what pieces of video Tesla has. People singing with the radio, having a spirited phone conversation, people half asleep on autopilot, people putting on makeup while driving, and maybe, like me, yelling at the car when autopilot does something stupid. There has to be some hilarious pieces of video there!
But I guess we will never see them, because Tesla says how any video collected is anonymous and not tied to the VIN. And surely they wouldn't want any in-car video getting out, for privacy purposes, if nothing else.
Can you see Tesla employees looking at them? "Hey, look at this guy"!!!
