THC_d0013_coolentHeater error

I am getting this error code on my 2013 S
I replaced the coolant heater module and the same error.

Any advice appreciated.

What did you ever find out about this error?

I opened service mode.

Hold your finger on the model number in the service menu for 3 sec and use the password “service”

Did the error go away or how did you fix it?

No, I still have it.. I replaced the heater unit but it was not the problem.
The car and the battery heat up but I cannot heat the battery so I now think it is the unit it connects to which routs the heat but I have not had time to try replacing that part yet.

Do you have this issue or know what the error code says is wrong? I’m just guessing and replacing parts.

I have the same error and an additional one about and open short or hardline fault on the coolant heater. I think its also the DC converter, I ordered a replacement and I'll let you know if that fixed it. Does your car drive normal otherwise?

Drives fine just no battery heating.
