Nope. It's fixed nice and permanently so that in the event of an incident it doesn't come off and smack you in the head.

Yes, but this would involve flipping the car over onto its side, so not recommended!

I always felt that Telsa should improve this setup and allow for the screen to move up and down and maybe even tilt slightly left or right using a method similar to the Steering Wheel adjustment option. If we could adjust the screen via the scroll wheel, that would be awesome. And it also allows for the car to still semi lock down the screen so that it isn't completely a free moving object.
