Its funny. I just looked back through the Q4 transcript, but I can't find it, but I w
swear I have read or heard Elon mention that the market should be prepared for the impact of a bunch of shares converting in Q1. I will look to see if I can find the quote. Thanks for the heads up on the going public by Tesla. Interesting that what is served for breakfast at the factory is (pun intended) food for speculation and an Elon tweet, but a substantive release by the company about a $660 million debt/securities offering is ignored.
