Toolbox 3 diagnostic cable

I bought this cable to try and use on my '22 model y with toolbox 3

I assumed one side was usb and the other ethernet and would work with the port under dash but now im realizing it wasnt usb. Is this the wrong cable or am i doing something incorrectly?

Mine ended up using an ethernet cable.
