Top Glass Seal- is this normal?

Hi All,

I noticed this this morning and it doesn't seem normal to me. Wondering if anyone else has the same damage on the seals or should I schedule a service appointment?

I cannot tell if the black areas are just wet spots, stains or holes in the seals. If holes, then that’s definitely not normal. The other two are normal.

You’re welcome. I hope Tesla covers it under warranty. However, depending on the age of your vehicle and how/where you normally park, Tesla could deny the warranty and say those cracks/tears could have been caused by something else and were not due to a product/manufacturing defect. Replacing those will require pulling the glass panels...

Maybe they will conclude its either 'within spec' or opt to improve on the OE design with a generous helping of strategically spread flex-shot, -glue or similar.
