Trying to change tire -- won't budge (pic included)

Hello,

Long story, short -- we hit something in the road and immediately got a flat tire. We were in the middle of nowhere and Tesla Roadside Assistance recommended just towing to a Service Center or calling AAA and seeing if they could help us out. AAA came out, tried to air up to no avail and towed us back home. We got jacked up the car, got all the lug nuts off, tire won't budge. Upon further inspection (see photo) it looks like the part of the wheel barrel/outer lip has been raised/bumped up by something and is in contact with this piece of metal -- looks like one of the bolts has scratched a portion of the wheel and I'm hesitant to really tug, push or pull for fear of making this whole thing worse. Anyone have experience with this or have recommendations for next steps?

Or just get a tow to the nearest Service Center (which is about 175 miles from us)?

Thanks in advance,
Katie
