Arg! So, Tesla sent me to a "Telsa approved bodyshop" to fix alignment issues and paint problems with the new Y. No help in booking this. Closest place won't return my calls. Finally drove from Detroit to an Ann Arbor place (also approved), and got a quote. The shop needs it to be approved by Tesla but neither they (body shop) or I have ANY WAY to contact someone at Tesla. Why does this have to be so hard..... Any one know who I contact?? Tried to email through Tesla's general chat, but reply is someone will contact me in three days.... really?
