TSW Nurburgring wheels on X?

I have a set of TSW Nurburgring wheels sized 20x9 and 20x10 that has been on my old model S. They all have +35 offset and has load rating of 1650.

Can they be used on a 2022 model X? The X currently has cyberstream which are also 20x9 and 20x10, except it has +40 offset in front and +35 offset in rear.

I would have to up the tire size and change out the TPMS, but are the wheels ok to use if I add a spacer to the fronts to achieve the stock +40 offset?
