UK Legality question please regarding v3 Wall Connector

I had a v2 Tesla Wall Connector fitted 2 years ago and it has worked without fault in all that time.

I would like to know if the Tesla v3 Wall Connector is still legal to install since the Government changes on 30th June 2022.
Has anyone had one fitted since this date?

Any info where a PDF of any kind can be found regarding "Statement of Compliance" can be sourced in order for an Installer so he can fit one for me..

Nothing mentioned "that I can see" on this page.

My better half ran over my cable whilst plugged in last week, which ripped the cable from the handle of the wall connector. A EV charger specialist fixed in my Gen 2 charger, I had to order a brand new wall connector last week, which then I realised had been updated. I got a “normal” electrician to fit the new Gen3 because the wiring and earth is now different. Once wired up and checked over, I then commissioned it myself which is a really simple process. And you don’t need a electrician asking awkward questions.

Electrician fit my v3 charger and I commissioned it and no problems at all.
