I'm a bit perplexed and was wondering if anyone else had experienced a similar issue?
I place my order for a inventory stock vehicle 48 hours ago now, placed the deposit and filled out all of the pre-delivery tasks.
Uploading my drivers license etc. seemed to fail a couple of times and then this error was presented after pressing "manage" on the tesla site.
Support were able to get my drivers license/name sorted for the registration and have said I'm now just awaiting the vehicle to have minor works done and shipped to Birmingham NEC collection point.
Curious if anyone knows of anything I can do to sort this, I've tried it on different browsers, devices, networks etc. and nothing makes a difference.
