and then it stops billing me from Mar onwards. The Billed Usage (aka Net Usage) was even lower than the previous 12 months, but it's crazy I'm paying $1108 more.

Appreciate anyone who's gone thru and fight to get back their money back.

Did you switched from a CCA back to PG&E for generation? That's what it looks like as the separate CCA NBC components stopped in Feb at the same time that the SMP did. So this is likely those CCA generation charges. Check your blue bills for those months.

Not on my PGE bill
