Unplugged Performance Luxury Pro Coilover Parts Question

Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of questions regarding out of warranty UPP products.

1. I have the Hyper springs, how do I identify if the springs are mild or moderate?
2. What has been your experience getting front damper / cylinders repaired or replaced by UPP?
3. Are there any are easy maintenance and preventative measures I can do while the parts are off the vehicle besides applying anti-seize grease on the threads?
