Unplugged performance VS H&R lowering springs

Any one with lowering spring experiences
I go track like two times a year and planning to get a lowering spring for my daily model3 p
I want to know what everyone think :

No comment on the UP, but I love the look of the HR on my M3P. I’ve have had them for over 3 years. However, if you are going to the track, I highly highly recommend coilovers. The stock dampers just can’t keep up and any imperfection in a hard corner really upsets ths the chassis.
