Unresponsive driver's door handle

Once or twice a month the driver’s door is unresponsive (stays locked when I'm at car).
The back door works, and when opened, unlocks the car, allowing the driver's door to be opened.
I typically do a scroll wheel reboot when this occurs.
Is it worth it to send car to service, or is this just (yet another) known annoyance?
Is this something that can be fixed?

Do Service request, that's what the warranty is there for. If it's truly software related, maybe nothing that they can or would do. It could also be hardware related and your reboot is simply a placebo effect.
