I moved to a new address so I updated my address on mt account at Tesla.com (a couple years ago). However, every time Tesla service tries to reschedule a mobile appointment, they keep using my old address (happened 3-4 times). Each time it happens, I ask if they can update the address, but it never seems to be updated. I receive recall letters at the correct, new address. Seems like their service department has a separate system that can’t be updated. Has anyone else struggled with this?
