Usb Failure Then Worked 3 Days Later Then Failed Again

Took delivery in early March 2019. Approximately 3 weeks later and 900 miles, the data USB ports stopped working. No software update had taken place. Four days later, it suddenly started working. Then, June 16, 2019, the USB ports failed again. I had not done any update. This morning (6/19/19) the garage door opener would not work. I rebooted the car and at least the opener started working. Any idea why the USB drives would fail/work/fail? The USB drives are totally dead-no charging and no data transfer to the USB drive.

The one on the left is not working for me either. I only use the right one for USB in the front. I plugged in my phone charging cable on one of the rear ones.
