Utah Update

Hey all, since I haven’t heard anything since ordering my white/white p3d+ on 11/21 I decided to leave work a little early and head down to the SLC dealership. Immediately I noticed how busy it was and how many cars were being delivered and picked up. There were probably 50 new cars on the lot and two more trailers that were being unloaded.

I talked to one of the sales advisors and he told me that they had received 80 cars the last week and 300 more were expected in the next week or so.

He said that if you ordered before the deadline, your car should make it by the end of the year.

I have attached some pictures of the lot, one of the trucks and a p3d+ (In my same config) that is waiting for it’s owner.

I ordered my rwd model 3 the same day as you, but then changed to the AWD model a week later. They said three to five weeks and we are starting week four. How long it does it take from getting VIN to taking delivery?

@Lamoni, I found my vin in source on Sunday, got the text to schedule delivery this morning, and I’m taking delivery on Thursday morning.

my blue performance is sitting there somewhere. supposed to be loaded on a truck tomorrow and shipped to me!

Okay, just got the VIN in source today. I texted delivery here in SLC and they are going to get back to me when they get into work. Guess he works the late shift.

Congrats. Exciting! It's like being a kid on Christmas.

Congrats. I’m picking mine up tomorrow morning. I haven’t felt like this since Christmas Eve when I was 5 years old
