What do you leave with the garage attendant when you valet your car with them? Do you leave the card? What if don't happen to have the card with you?

I know you can unlock / start the car, as needed, remotely, but I don't imagine / expect the garage attendant to call me every time they need to move my car.

You always should have the key card with you. Phones die, Bluetooth fails, the car connectivity can fail or get jammed. For valet, leave the key card. Set up Valet Mode on your touchscreen. Be sure all alerts & notifications are configured in the Tesla app on your smartphone.

You can give them your phone . You must have your key card always with you.
