VCFRONT_a192 error in TM3 LR

Got a VCFRONT_a192 error today on my 2018 TM3 LR for the first time.
I am assuming I need my 12v battery changed right?
I made service appointment thru Tesla, but the earliest appointment is 1 month away, so I was going to just do the battery swap myself...
but want to make sure that this error is due to my 12v battery first.
Can anyone confirm? thanks.

If the car is that age then yes there is a good chance VCFRONT_a192 is the battery.

When I had mine done they sent a ranger to do the swap much quicker than a full service appointment, but if you want to swap it yourself and you can get to the tesla service centre buy the battery there it is much cheaper than trying to buy a similar battery at an auto parts place.
