I keep getting an error message when trying to submit my application for the Tesla VPP. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've been trying daily for about a week now.
I have exactly this issue, but in PG&E territory. My rate plan was just approved and appears on the PG&E site. I have tried multiple times. Deleting the app and reinstalling made no difference.
I recently had solar installed along with two Tesla power walls and am also getting the dreaded "Error, failed to send application" I have contacted Tesla support and SCE support and both sides point the finger back at each other. Hoping someone has figured this out....
I have triple checked my service account number and meter number.
I also kept getting the same error message. After getting passed around through various departments at Tesla, I finally got this problem resolved.
Solution: I called Energy Customer Support at 1-888-765-2489. They were able to access my Tesla app and submit the application for me. The status in my app changed to Application Pending. Later that day my app showed I was approved.
