Waiting for FSD version 12

I recently purchased a used Tesla, 2018 model three with full self driving. I have version 11.4.9. I’m eagerly anticipating version 12 I live in Philadelphia. I’m curious if anyone is in the same situation as it seems as if everyone on YouTube has version 12 now.
