Wall charger problem

I have owned a Model S since 2015 and I have a problem with my Gen1 wall charger. Does anyone have a plan or diagram of the charging cable? maybe a bad contact because my charger lights green starts to charge and the car connector goes from green to flashing red.

Here is the circuit board inside the connector (for 3 PH), but it might be newer as in China they started to sell them later. Sorry, no handle diagram.

Be sure there is no debris in either your charging port, or cord plug. Then check the tightness of all electrical connections in the wall charger and at the circuit breaker for the wall charger. Particularly the ground connections. If you're not completely comfortable doing this yourself, hire an electrician to do so. Hope this helps.
