Westlake, California Promenade Tesla Superchargers unavailable

Just saw these all over parking lot entrances to the Westlake, California Promenade that the Tesla Superchargers were unavailable on Th. 5/13/21. Not sure how long they have been up but the signs look pretty official to be for a one day problem, IMHO. I went to the chargers (about 25 of them) and nobody charging but no signs from Tesla as to what is the issue. Anybody with ideas?

Rumor is a large truck crashed into the transformers(?) Used for the superchargers. I'm assuming they were getting on the 101 and did this.

I believe April 29th ish. Late April for sure. The pic is from plug share actually.

Check the tail end of this thread: Supercharger - Thousand Oaks, CA - East Thousand Oaks Blvd (closed for repairs Apr 2021)

Basically on April 28 a cement truck veered off the US 101 Northbound Westlake Blvd offramp into the SCE and Tesla transformers for this Supercharger as well as an SCE transformer for an adjacent building. The Supercharger site is closed for repairs. A poster on another website said that a repair person stated that the repairs could take about 3 months.

The location is now open. The signs are still there stating that the chargers are unavailable; however, the chargers are working now. The Tesla Dash map shows that the charger spaces are available.
