Was just thinking about what kind of cool stuff Tesla is working on and thought it might be a fun thread. I've been wondering what ever happened with the submarine Bond car Musk bought and if the Tesla truck or something will incorporate water/air tight seals for water fording or something. I'm guessing there should be some good crossover from Spacex with air tight seals and so forth. Another thought, although nowhere near as cool as a submarine car is eventually I bet Tesla or someone will have cupholders that pop out and adjust automatically when it "sees" you putting your water bottle near it and then retract automatically too. Other things I'd like to see but probably aren't likely are off road versions of the x and y. And what I'm really looking forward to is a sprinter van/minibus type thing that people can "van life" in that has radiant heat floors, roof solar, and so forth.

Hopefully a new super cool way of delivering 200000+ cars per year quickly and efficiently. That really needs to be priority number one at this point.
