What to clean fabric on doors etc

I have 303 that I would use on most surfaces but what do you use on the door fabrics and other fabrics?

I usually use Sonax to clean Alcantara on my previous cars, I'll probably do the same with the Tesla

anyone else? I see people say you can just wipe the alcantara down and I don't really see it getting dirty, but I'm also thinking of protection. I see most of the UV sprays don't seem to say fabric on them. I have the 303 and been looking at the Griots garage interior detailer that has UV protection.

What do I use on the front of the dash near the window. That appears to be fabric along with the pillars.

I guess that works I just figure since 303 uv protects everything else I should protect the a pillar and dash fabric too.

How about general protection from kids hands. Anyone use Scotchgard or whatever on the headliner?

This is what we use on our client's Tesla interiors. It's also good to use on plastics.
