Where to request 3 charging stations for our island of Kauai? If we had 2 charging units in 3 locations (north, east, and south) our island would be so Tesla friendly.

Why exactly would anyone need more than 1 public charging station?

Become active in the community. Join your local Tesla owners’ club, get involved with your local governance and get to know local businesses.

Because Tesla is usually looking for partners in a mutually beneficial relationship (aka free rent), EV owners and advocates establishing positive relationships within the community can pave the way for installing charging infrastructure.

Consider being an advocate for destination charging - 240 volt (level 2) charging at workplaces, shops and malls. Tesla will soon offer billing services for commercial (level 2) charging, and it’s very cost-effective compared to traditional charging providers like ChargePoint.
