It's looking worse because it's now showing two Model 3's that were downgraded from 39.6 to 36.2
As a non-subscriber I don't see the entire history. But, it's looking like 39.6 doesn't even install correctly on the Model 3.
Teslafi doesn't show any Model 3's with 39.6, and I haven't heard any TMC member having 39.6 on their car. There a handful of Model 3's with 39.5, but that version isn't exclusive to the Model 3. But, I don't know the difference between 39.5 and 39.6.
