I just went with this $2,999 down + $399/month for M3 LR (before taxes).
I would have probably purchased the car if I would have qualified for the $7.5k tax credit but since it's included in the lease rate, I'm pretty happy with how the lease rate is now. In 3 years, maybe Tesla would change their mind and allow purchasing the car or if not, I'll see maybe upgrade to the upcoming Model Y or who knows what's gonna be as EV market can change so quickly.
