Will 20x10.5 ET 40 fit without rubbing the suspension

Hi,
I'm in the process of choosing some new wheels and wanted to know if anyone has tried this out for the rear wheels 20x10.5 ET 40 with 275/35/20 tires. Since the offset is the same as stock, I wanted to know if the rears will rub the shocks/suspension. I've already run the wheel calculator and it's an additional 32 mm closer to the suspension.
