Will prices drop 10% in Spain after GigaBerlin starts producing?

I live in Spain and want to buy a Model Y (after I get a chance to test drive one -- none in local dealer inventory). Do you think it's a fair assumption that prices shown online will drop 10% after GigaBerlin starts producing vehicles? This is due to the fact that cars produced in EU are not subject to the 10% import tax.
