Will Tesla warranty a Lemon Law branded M3?

I passed on the opportunity to purchase a M3 this morning that was being sold with a Lemon Law branded title. My question: would Tesla provide service on this car under warranty? I'm guessing they would not, but I'm also wondering if they would limit their support and/or restrict supercharging?

For those not in the know, this is similar to a salvage title branding. Anytime a manufacturer buys back a vehicle under lemon law, they rebrand the title as as lemon law / buy-back and then resell the car on the wholesale market.

I would contact Tesla and ask them.

It seems like almost every single part of their strategy is "it depends".

I.E. Do they offer loaners?
Do they have service hours on weekends?
Do they include aero covers on winter tires?
Will they fix your glass roof for being off center?
Will they fix rattles over 15k miles?
Will they rotate your tires for free?
Will they check brake fluid for free?
Will they charge you an "investigation charge" if you bring in a car with a rattle/noise?
