Will the 2022 M3LR basic warranty transfer to me if I bought from CarMax?

Hello all, very new here. Excited to purchase a 2022 Model 3 Long Range from CarMax that appears to be a pretty decent deal. Clean title, vehicle looks flawless but I have one question most important to me and Tesla's chat help seems like they are limited to how they can answer many questions:

If I buy this car from CarMax, will the 4 year/50,000 mile basic warranty transfer to me so long as I add it to my Tesla Account and upload sale documents and driver license to prove i'm the new owner? Thanks.
