I was teasing the front 15mm spacer and notice the wind noise significantly increase going 65mph +. any one notice it? assuming it should have the same issue with wider tire / wheel, feels like its effect the aerodynamic?

what do you except. You are putting wider tires on than what the vehicles was designed for. You create turbulence. and that creates noise.

not sure what else I can do to get this resolve, this might be the build quality from Tesla.
if I submit the service request for excessive wind noise, they are charging $150 to evaluate.

I ran 18mm in front and 25mm spacers in the rear. Heard nothing
I now have no spacers but 8.5x20 with 245x35x20 in front. 10x20 with 285x30x20 rear. Offset to have tires at the edge of the fender. Hear nothing

You changed the aerodynamics of the car with the spacers. That's going to change the wind noise. Take the spacers out. If the problem goes away, well, here's your sign...
