Q?: Wheel spacers making noise??

Hey guys, wondering if anyone is have some experience in the issue I am having...

I installed new tires on my model y (Kumho winter craft wp20 265/40/20's square), and added blox 18mm spacers all around,

It sits well, and makes no noise under 50km but somewhere over 50, I can hear a slight rotational wind noise? if that makes sense? its ever so slight that only I can hear them...

no grinding or clicking, I feel like it maybe a wrong spacers installation or just wind funneling through the new tires...

kinda worried it might have a bad spacers installation...


let me know if you had any experience like this...
