Window won't go up after decalibration

hey guys @KalJoMoS @PJ_Bogo @Chris TX . I'm also having the same issue with the passenger door control unit or wiring- but I messed up !

I removed the passenger side door panel, and closed the door. Now I can't open the door !

see: my thread here

Can you point out which wire(s) I could jump from the passenger foot-well over to the door control unit (since I can't get to the hinge) ?

thanks.
You should be able to open the door with a pair of needle-nose pliers and the door handle cable.

I got a 2013 Tesla S from auction as a theft vehicle. The drivers side window and latch won't move at all. Hooked up a new door and the same thing. Did a reboot and now is says fuse problem. Take to service. I checked fuses and all fine. Does doors run off of relay? Maybe it's a relay switch

I tested the broken wire theory by holding down the window switch while swinging the door back and forth. The window rolled down halfway and stopped. I realized this was a bad idea in case the window wouldn’t go back up. Luckily it did after using the same technique with the window switch in the up position.

I have a request for an estimate for Tesla to replace the wiring harness. Hopefully it’s not more than $800 or so. And hopefully they are using less brittle wires now.
