I was driving down to Los Angeles from the Bay Area and stopped to charge in Kettleman City. I noticed a Tesla service van parked in the lot. I ran into the tech inside the lounge and asked him if he had time to look at my X for a window click on open and closing . I had a appointment set up at Dublin already. He was happy to take a look. I was surprised that he was able to fix the problem. Appears that a cable was loose and a zip tie was all that was needed. This was a great time saver.
