I have found the service center folks at both Superior and Littleton to be exceptional. They are helpful (even though they have been crazy busy) and I never felt like I was inconveniencing them when I would jump in to ask a "quick question" about something. Great experience over all with the people.

Why is it closed? It's so new, I cant imagine that it is broken already. And if it is broken, its been broken for a few weeks.

Do we know why they are still "Temporarily Closed"? It would be nice if they could put a descriptor as to why they are closed (ie: construction on the gas station, utility work in the area, etc) as well as "estimated time that it will reopen"

I did both. I FINALLY got the T5 to work just a few minutes ago! I had to format it on my Mac (was easier to do than on a PC because of the large storage size). Seems to be working in the car now! Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.
