Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I don’t think volume production of CT is required to move the stock to 300. The market already gave us a preview of what the stock movement could be when start of production is imminent, as it climbed to the 290s leading into Q2 earnings, stayed flat when earnings were released, then tanked...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Maybe, but those of us who believed Tesla's aspirational "500K deliveries in 2020" guidance that they provided in 2014 did very well.

I can confirm that I have lost no sleep over the current value of my IPO shares.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

It was political theater and a slight to Elon. The administration miscalculated - they would not have lost the union vote if Tesla had been acknowledged. They certainly did not have to go so cartoonishly overboard in their union favoritism to the point where they had to tell public lies ("you...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I'm not the person you asked, but after doing the research I personally decided against an SBLOC because the loan can be called in at any time, for any reason, and my pledged shares can be sold off to meet the obligation. Regardless of how low I think the risk of such an event may be, I am not...

I know you're joking but I was curious so I checked. TSLA is up 98% since Biden was declared the winner of the election.

Original Roadster owners were invited to the IPO. I still have my shares. The numbers are beyond all human comprehension at this point.

I'm still holding IPO shares and continuing to play dead investor.

To be fair, after the first year of charging I'd look at my range of ~300,000 miles and just unplug the car.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Tesla will reason from first principles. Either they conclude that raising money will accelerate the mission or they won't. I trust that whichever decision they make will be what's best for Tesla, regardless of what Wall Street wants.
