Lucid still hasn't released terms for the warrant exercise, which has me concerned. I'm unable to exercise them at TDAmeritrade because of that. Can someone explain the Sept 1st lock-up expiration date for LCID? Who is locked up and who isn't? I think I know what it means in theory, that some folks can't sell until then, but I don't grasp the specifics. Seems like Sept 1 could be a very bad day if some folks opt to get out.

I don't think anything change. You basically have options with a fairly lengthy expiration date.

Nothing that I can tell. Like many smaller tech stocks, it's tanked over the last 8 weeks. Looking at their SEC filings (SEC Filings – Senseonics) it appears a board member has unloaded a lot of shares. I'm not sure what to think of that. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed.
