After a nearly 3 month wait I just picked up my Y. Old headlights and old filter but still fantastic. It had a few rough panel gaps and a couple of the doors didn’t close cleanly but overall minor things I think they can fix at my service appt next week. Love the car!

Yes, this is a fairly common and popular option if you need your vehicle sooner than “sometime between now and June”. Especially if you can find a “non demo” vehicle.

I’m not the best at making those calls, but I do know that the your local Tesla technicians will go over the car before delivering it to you and often they are able to fix minor issues.

This is my exact config and matches the delivery dates I was most recently given as well. I haven’t heard anyone mention Anthony regarding tow hitch material issue, but I have heard that tow hitch cars have been slower. I hope these are accurate dates but I’m trying to temper my expectations as...

I read about this a couple days ago. What an embarrassment for Tesla and a nightmare for all those affected. keep us in the loop about how things end Axeman. Something tells me a minimum of free supercharging for life should be in your future.
