I took an appointment with Tesla. They found a faulty front radar and replaced it. It is working fine now. Just sharing for the benefit of the group.

By the way, I also researched other threads. Someone suggested hardware issue to be the cause which worries me.

I actually don't have Sentry mode turned on. What is going to sleep means? I know power off and UI reset.

Has anyone got this issue. Basically it has made my auto pilot and auto steering not working. I opened a ticket. They analyzed my diagnostics and suggested takin an appointment. Now I am waiting for the appt. :(

By the way, when I talked to Chilton (who are certified by Tesla), they said they will do some fixes and for higher level work they send to Chilton at San Mateo. That concerned me thinking Pleasanton Chilton even though Tesla certified was not fully capable.

recently had a work done on my Honda at Chilton in Pleasanton and I think they did a good job also. They are also Tesla certified. But good to know your experience at B&S. This helps me. Thank you!

The way I understood the issue is that water gets collected instead of draining out and it's a design issue. Isn't that the case?

Tesla is sending me to BMW Concord for delivery alignment and paint issues. I am not sure about this place and thinking of going with someone in Fremont or Palo Alto. Any thoughts you have on BMW Concord? I believe they are Tesla certified.

My referral is to BMW Concord. Can you share why you decided on full vs front ppf? What's the cost difference? Any shop recommendations?

I am in the same boat. Where did they have you do paint correction? Tesla is sending me to a BMW body shop in the east bay and unsure of the quality, I am sitting on it. Did you apply hov sticker or waiting for ppf to complete?

Hi, I received my HOV stickers. I haven't done any PPF protection yet. Thinking about it but couldn't decide what to do. I still have some paint and alignment issues to be fixed by Tesla. Would it be ok to apply my HOV stickers and get the rest done later? Appreciate your input.
