Tesla is sending me to BMW Concord for delivery alignment and paint issues. I am not sure about this place and thinking of going with someone in Fremont or Palo Alto.
Any thoughts you have on BMW Concord? I believe they are Tesla certified.
They are great. I would trust any car of mine with them. Our 328 was hit in a parking lot and needed a new rear bumper/paint. They did an amazing job color matching and blending. So good that when it happened again, I went back lol. I also had them install a new grill with zero issues. They're busy, so make an appointment. They are also a BMWUSA certified body shop as is why I went there. Good luck, keep us posted!
