I know this is an ancient thread but I just wanted to thank a few of you. My premium audio has always been far less-than-premium, and resetting my EQ to flat 0 has at least improved the rears substantially.
Hi all, I've owned a Model S that I love, and had a Model X on order since January 2013. I have been postponing taking delivery until I see clear feedback that Tesla has fixed a few of the more serious design flaws. I was wondering what other people think?
Hi all, I bought all the parts to install a front camera in my P85 and I can't seem to find time to do the install myself.
Can anyone recommend a decent installer in the San Francisco Bay Area who they've worked with, who might be able to do this for a reasonable price? (even better if they're...
Does anyone know an installer in the Bay Area (preferably near Palo Alto / Mountain View / Redwood City) who has done the install of this awesome kit? I never manage to find time on the weekends...
Like many others, I got on the waitlist for the console on Oct 15 2013. I just heard back that I'm probably about 4-6 weeks away from being able to buy, though others who got on the list on the same day can order now. Tesla confirmed that because of my trim package (lacewood), they're not quite...
I emailed ownership a few days ago to ask if I could buy the parts to get it installed aftermarket, since I'd like the integration into the touchscreen. They sent me the same form letter, that they've put me on the list of interested parties for this retrofit. I really hope they can either do...
I paid $1388 for all 4 rims including shipping, plus about $900 for all 4 tires, plus maybe another $600 for the install + TPMS sensors from Tesla. There is a lot of data in this thread that made me comfortable with the safety of the components, though you'd have to make your own assessment...
I put the Luganos on my blue MS back in Feb. They're beautiful, easy to keep clean (a few small squirts of P21S wheel cleaner and a sponge), and I like the ride on the 19" tires better than the few days that I had the 21s (when they were included with the P models). They don't have a Tesla T on...
I'm planning to take a road trip from the San Fran area to San Diego next month. Any advice from San Diegans about where I might be able to charge my car when I'm there? I'm going to ask a few hotels if they'll let me charge if I stay there, but other advice is welcome.
Ideally, I think we'll...
The browser does not support Java. It barely supports proper web browsing. While the HTML rendering engine is probably based upon WebKit, there's a lot of functionality that doesn't work properly, or doesn't work well. Take a look at http://www.html5test.com from your car to see how poorly the...
I'm confident I'm typing it in correctly. I suspect either the app won't let me login until I get my car, or it has a bug when users have a '+' in their email address. I'll troubleshoot it with Tesla next week when I pick up my car.
I've seen some other mentions of people who have signed in to the iPhone app but then get a message about, "No cars linked to your account" or something similar. When I try to login, I get a failed username/password combo.
My car is supposed to be ready in about a week. Do I use the same login...
