Has anyone managed to get this issue fixed on any Model S?

Strange regen braking problem - shaking

I've been having this problem for 3 years and it just keeps getting worse year after year. The shaking on mine can be quite violent some times. I have figured out how to reliably reproduce the issue even if it's not cold. The issue definitely has something to do with the SoC being at a certain...

    Supercharger - Warsaw, NC (closed)

Rumor is this site has finally been decommissioned. Can anyone confirm?

This afternoon around 4:30 they looked like they were cleaning up and all the pedestals had cords attached and signs were up. They had removed the fencing that was in place around the POD that was onsite. I suspect they're done and just need Duke to power it up and Tesla to come test it. I'll...

Group Buy for Power Trunk/Frunk Liftgate!

Opening from inside works regardless. It's closing from inside that requires this modification because without it, if the car thinks the trunk is open, the OPEN button is greyed-out on the touch-screen. My use-case for needing to close from the inside is when my kids grab their bags from the...

The Hansshow instructions obviously leave much to be desired, but I'm pretty sure it's actually showing it going through the blue grommets that are behind the bumper, but I could be wrong. I think trying to insert it through the tail light hole could lead to issues because there's not a lot of...

I ran into this as well. Took me a bit to figure out that Torx screw was there and I had a heck of a time getting one of them back on because the clip on the bumper side fell off and I had some trouble getting it lined back up again.

The Hansshow kit has light connectors that you reconnect your existing lights to so that they work. Not sure if the kit being mentioned here is the Hansshow or not.

How did you manage to wire the cables from the actuators into the trunk without removing the bumper? I had to remove mine because I couldn't find any other way to get to the two grommets to get the wires in. That said, removing the bumper wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

FWIW, stopped by today and still in the same state waiting for pedestals.

Ok - I'm done installing mine successfully. I followed a combination of the instructions that were provided by the manufacturer (which are terrible): Tesla Model 3 electric tailgate installation instructions | Intelligentized Auto Parts | Hansshow And this YouTube video: I wasn't...

I'm in the process of installing mine right now myself. The documentation is pretty bad. I've got almost everything working except there is one more cable that seems to connect to the CAN bus so that you can close from app/inside the car, but no instruction on where this cable connects to...

Got a few photos of the transformer. It's done from the Duke Energy side, but no runs from the Secondary to the switch gear yet. Ball is back in Tesla's court to finish this up.

Didn't get a photo, but they were busy installing the utility transformer this morning, so that should be done.
