the Tesla webpage for this says it's still not available. I am not sure how Tesla Fixes OTA Recalls, I don't have information that the Recall has been fixed. And Tesla says my car is not impacted by this recall, it's a joke.

Well, I am one of the few who has an FSDb on an MCU1 car; I am not letting Tesla wiggle around this anymore..; they need to provide an FSDb version that addresses this Recall.

I don't think so, every feature of EAP is still in BETA (especially features that still dont work). and especially with Tesla moving to all VISION, I can argue they have effectively abandoned the features that my car was designed for, no ? Just to reiterate, I am planning to go the small claims...

FSD is still not what was promised, so I doubt it, especially HW3 /w MCU1.

They still have not delivered FSD that was promised; Now that Elon is listening to his lawyers, I am not ready to sign away L5 because the current FSD description does not contain that. Also, I would like the transfers be unconditional i.e. it will be allowed to be transferred to a new vehicle...
