When I thought my DS wouldn't change at all, sending an email is not only polite but part of their job. It took them days to respond and yes, they are busy. This was totally ok with me because they always got back to me with an answer but as K3Man pointed out: the order status page clearly...

Same here. Today it changed for the 3rd time this month. I too sent out introductory emails to the first two but now on this third I'm going to forgo the formality. I wonder how many times it changed and I didn't notice, this last changed after only a few days of the previous DS.

I actually sent an email July 1st but got no response from my DA/DS. I have re-pinged him because I am sure that they are busy with Model 3 ramp up. My comment around August was in response to the comment above that they would not be surprised if they delivered in September. I'm more hoping...

How realistic are the Design Studio estimates? We ordered 6/21 for US delivery. Got confirmation and VIN same day on 6/24. At the time the delivery estimate from DS was August. Currently DS reports Late August for newly configured deliveries. This makes me believe that our late June deliveries...

I just finished a 24-hour test drive on a MXP100D here in the Northern VA area. The Tysons store put the EZPass at the top most part of the windshield to the driver side of the cable housing. It worked everytime. They did this on all their showroom X's. Leaves it available for the HOV toggle...
