Doing the exact same. Trying to use FSD when there isn't too much traffic. Also avoiding unprotected turns especially 2 ways stops for now. biggest issue I have found so far is it making late changes into the turn lane or waiting too long to commit to a turn.

Normal software company I would agree. Useually you have some major change between major versions. Didn't seem the case when Tesla went from 9.x to 10 though. I also wouldn't be surprised if Tesla has cars running the single stack version of FSD in house also.

I know Elon was running version 10 for at least a week before the closed beta testers were running it.
