Hi Snowrider, I received the call about two weeks ago. Date and hidden VIN appeared some time last week (car manufactured?). I don’t have the final invoice yet. The delivery dates in the app or Tesla account web page seem to be optimistic.

Six weeks from my screen replacement. No problems since.

Also I took some videos of how the screen looked for the SC to see and also told them the times that this happened. They checked the logs for those times and determined that screen needs to be replaced. Also at some point they told they might need to replace the computer and wiring too. Don't...

Just tried to enter the car once while tesla app was active and the problem does not show anymore. But it has been only four days since the screen was replaced. So we'll see. I'll report here whatever happens.

I had the same problem. Screen blank or black with faint grey vertical lines or sometimes some icons showing faintly. Touch function working. Could adjust sound volume etc. Usually happened after the car was woken up via mobile app and I was entering the car shortly. SC replaced my touch screen...
